A WALL OF AIR

Emotional paraders march
Through vendors of insecurity
Like strolling a county fair
Appareled in blinders of immaturity
Committing logical errors incredible
Having not been taught how to think
Within a wall of air

Reams of history changed and reviled
On stacks of millions of bodies
Millions more disfigured and defiled
Culled and enslaved, but whom to care
When living behind a wall of air

And those of singular slavish bent
These hysterical fools
Have been self broken
With a superior, petulant air
Wearing a silly yoke of guilt
Their pride as man vanquished without a fight
Worried more of what others think or say about them
Than caring of right or wrong, good or evil
Steely determined with no tare
Just where totalists want man to be
Lost behind a wall of air
