"The Obama administration recently ruled that global warming poses a
serious threat to public health and safety. This "endangerment
finding" gives the Environmental Protection Agency authority to
regulate almost anything that emits carbon dioxide and other
greenhouse gases--from cars to power plants to apartment
buildings.
The EPA has already outlined plans for a long series of carbon dioxide
regulations. These forthcoming regulations will impose a massive
energy tax that will, at best, result in a change in the Earth's
temperature too small to ever notice. "
